The North Eugene Faith Center Office Coordinator is responsible for the main office functions and facility use coordination for the church. Weekly 6-10 hours, flexible times with some required hours. Minimum requirements: 1-2 years experience, high school diploma, familiar with Microsoft office suite, inter-personal communication ability, ability with various online platforms. Duties include: basic office functions; church communications; creation of print materials; record-keeping; resource management; coordination with other leaders, volunteers, and building users; Sunday service coordination and follow-up; some special events.
